Dimensions - 3.5 oz

Rechargeable USB · Dual whisk · Aluminum body · Multi-purpose

Two whisk heads, one motor. The aluminum body holds the weight where it should, at the bottom, in the hand. Swap the head for the foam you want: thick for cappuccino, light for matcha.

The Atelier Twin Frother is a handheld electric frother with a brushed aluminum body, USB-rechargeable battery, and two stainless steel whisk attachments. The spring coil produces tight microfoam for lattes, the paddle whisk loosens texture for cappuccinos or whips eggs and dressings.

One handle, two textures.

Care & maintenance

The motor housing is not waterproof. Rinse only the whisk attachment.

  • Clean the whisk only: Remove the attachment after every use, rinse under warm water, wipe dry. Do not submerge the motor body or charge port.
  • Wipe the body: Damp cloth, no running water. The charge port is exposed and not waterproof.
  • Charge fully before first use: Two hours minimum. The LED indicator near the button shows charging status.
  • Recharge every few weeks: Even when unused, rechargeable batteries lose capacity over time. A quick top-up keeps the motor responsive.

Frequently asked

Which whisk should I use for what?

The spring coil produces dense microfoam, tight bubbles, smooth pour, ideal for latte art. The paddle whisk aerates faster, creates lighter foam for cappuccinos, or whips eggs, matcha, dressings, protein powder.

Can I froth cold milk?

Yes, but foam volume decreases. Warm milk (140–160°F) holds air better, creates more foam, and stays stable longer. Cold milk froths, just less dramatically.

How long does a charge last?

About 30 frothing cycles at 15–20 seconds each. One charge handles a week of daily lattes, maybe two if you froth briefly.

Which milk froths best?

Whole milk produces the most stable foam due to fat content. Oat milk froths almost as well. Almond and soy froth lighter, skim milk froths fast but collapses quickly. Coconut milk struggles.

Can I use it for matcha?

Yes. Use the paddle whisk. Add matcha powder and a splash of hot water, froth for 10–15 seconds until smooth, then pour in more water or milk.
