Which size for which use?
250 ml is the precision pour, single small cup. 350 ml is the standard pour-over cup with margin. 600 ml works for two cups or a longer brewing session.
Stovetop or electric?

Induction compatible?
Check the base of the kettle. 304 stainless steel may or may not be induction-compatible depending on the base construction. Use a converter plate if needed.
Why three sizes of the same kettle?
Pour-over technique benefits from a fill-level near the brew volume. A 600 ml kettle pouring 250 ml is harder to control than a 250 ml kettle pouring 250 ml. Match kettle to brew.
Silver or black?
Silver is mirror-polished, classic and bright. Black is matte, modern and quiet. The construction is identical.
