Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on the website www.frenchpressandco.com between:

The seller: French Press & Co.,
and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the site (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).

2. Products

French Press & Co. offers for sale products related to the world of coffee (French presses, accessories, etc.).
Product visuals are non-contractual. Descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in €/£/$, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
French Press & Co. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Ordering

Placing an order on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The ordering process includes:

  • Selection of product(s)

  • Cart validation

  • Entry of personal and shipping details

  • Secure payment of the order

The Customer will receive a confirmation email once the order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order placement and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the site.
All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments or approved third-party providers.

6. Shipping

Products are shipped via our logistics partner CJ Dropshipping, from various international warehouses.

  • Estimated delivery times: 4 to 20 business days, depending on the destination

  • Shipping fees: indicated at checkout

French Press & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events (strikes, weather, etc.).

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized products

  • Opened or used items

The Customer must return the product at their own expense, in its original condition, in order to receive a refund.

8. Warranty & Returns

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity.
If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, the Customer has 48 hours to report the issue, with supporting photos.

Customer information is collected solely for order processing purposes.
It will never be sold or shared with third parties.

10. Intellectual Property
