Care & maintenance
Glass shows everything. Rinse and dry to keep it clean.
- After each use: Rinse with warm water, dry the inside with a soft cloth.
- Mineral buildup: A monthly citric rinse keeps the glass crystal clear.
- Avoid: Sudden temperature shocks, abrasive scrubbers, dishwasher cycles for the lid.

Stovetop or electric?
Stovetop. Borosilicate handles direct heat from gas or electric burners. Heat slowly, do not place on a flame from a cold start.
Tea or coffee?
Designed for tea and herbal infusions. The glass body shows the leaves unfurling. Coffee works too but the body is sized and shaped for tea.
Why borosilicate over regular glass?
Borosilicate resists thermal shock. Boiling water in a glass body that has been sitting at room temperature works without cracking. Standard glass is not that forgiving.
Loose-leaf strainer?
Some models include a strainer, others rely on a separate infuser. Check the unit, the styling is minimalist.
How to brew tea in it?
Heat water to the right temperature for your tea (75-85 °C for green, 100 °C for black), add the leaves, steep two to five minutes, pour. Glass shows when the brew is ready by color.
