Our Story

A French Press freshly brewed in a Parisian apartment
Our story

We curate. You brew.

A small team obsessed with brewing well at home. This is what we found, tested, and kept.

Chapter one

The morning we got tired of bad coffee.

We started as we suppose most coffee obsessions start. Tired of paying $5 at a café for something we could brew better at home. Tired of the gimmicky single serve machines marketed as barista quality. Tired of a French press that lost heat by minute three.

So we did what any obsessed person does. We bought too many things, kept the few that worked, and gave the rest away.

The kitchen counter setup
Chapter two

The edit, not the catalog.

Most coffee accessory shops sell everything. We sell what survived our own kitchen.

We tested fourteen French presses before we kept one. Six grinders before we found one that goes from coarse to espresso fine without complaint. Four kettles before one held the temperature pour over wants.

The product list you see here is the edit. Each piece earned its slot on our bench.

The Signature French Press
Chapter three

Premium that explains itself.

Premium too often means expensive on purpose. We do not work that way.

When a press costs $89, the page tells you why. The grade of stainless. The wall thickness. The country of manufacture. The reason it costs more than a Bodum and less than a Frieling. We explain the price, then you decide.

Materials we choose
Chapter four

Who we serve.

The home barista. Not the Instagram influencer who needs a twelve piece kit. The actual person who wakes up, brews their morning cup, and wants it to taste like the café down the street.

You do not need thirty products. You need three or four good ones, and the time to use them.

What we believe

Three rules we keep.

01

No catalog padding.

If we wouldn’t put it on our own bench, it doesn’t go in the shop.

02

No unprovable claims.

No "100% sustainable." No "best in the world." Specifics or silence.

03

No fake friends.

When you email us, a real person from the team replies. Usually within twelve hours.
