PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

United States and Canada: 10 to 20 business days United Kingdom and Europe: 7 to 15 business days Asia and Oceania: 10 to 25 business days Rest of World: 12 to 30 business days

SHIPPING RATES

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 USD / €100 EUR / £100 GBP (or local equivalent). Orders below this threshold ship at standard rates calculated at checkout based on destination — typically $5.95 to $8.95. For added peace of mind, you can also upgrade to Priority Insured Shipping ($3.95-$5.95) at checkout for faster delivery and loss protection — available on orders over $100.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to update. You can track your order at https://frenchpressandco.com/apps/track123.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Depending on product availability, items in the same order may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. French Press and Co. cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

French Press and Co. ships internationally. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
