When will my tracking appear?
As soon as your parcel ships, its journey appears here. The first scan by the carrier can take 24 to 48 hours after shipping.
My order arrived in several parcels
Some orders ship in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking and they can arrive a few days apart. All of them are listed above.
The tracking has not moved for a few days
Parcels are scanned at each facility. Between two facilities, and especially between countries, it is normal to see no update for a few days. If nothing changes for 10 days, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
It says delivered but I did not receive it
Check your mailbox, parcel locker, reception desk and with your neighbors, as carriers sometimes leave parcels nearby. If you still cannot find it after 24 hours, contact us with your order number.
My tracking number changed
When your parcel reaches your country, the local carrier often gives it a new tracking number. It is the same parcel: we show both numbers and a link to the carrier page.
