Ceramic cone · 600 ml · European design · 7 colors

The cone sits on the carafe. Paper folds in, grounds level off, water in three steady pours. Coffee sleeps in the carafe below until the cup is ready.

The Studio Pour-Over Set is a 600 ml ceramic cone dripper paired with a sharing pot. European-styled, slightly more substantial than the Japanese minimalist line. Seven colors to choose, same brewing logic in each.

One pour, two cups, no rush.

Care & maintenance

Ceramic warms slowly and holds. Pre-warm with a hot water rinse before the first brew of the day.

  • Pre-warm: Hot water through the empty cone and pot, then discard.
  • After each brew: Filter and grounds in the bin, warm rinse the dripper and pot.
  • Hand wash: Mild soap, soft sponge. The matte finish is dishwasher safe but lasts longer with hand wash.
  • Color care: No abrasives, they dull the surface.

Frequently asked

What size paper filter?

Cone-shaped #02 paper filters, the standard size for 1 to 4 cup drippers. Both bleached and unbleached work. Rinse the paper with hot water before brewing to remove any paper taste.

Pour-over vs French press, which gives better coffee?

Different coffees, both good. Pour-over filters the oils through paper for a clean, bright cup that highlights origin notes. French press keeps the oils in for a fuller, heavier body. Choose by mood and bean.

How long is the full brew?

Three to four minutes. Bloom for 30 seconds, then three pours staying around the four-minute total. Faster than that, the brew is under-extracted. Slower, bitter.

What grind size?

Medium-fine, like sea salt. The grounds should resist the water enough to draw out the coffee in the right amount of time.

Is the carafe heat-resistant?

Yes, the ceramic carafe is built for hot brewing temperature. Pre-warming with hot water before use further protects it from thermal stress.
