Le Mousseur à Lait du Barista
Steel-coil whisk · three speeds · USB-C cordless
Flat milk, fake cappuccino.
You pour the milk in, stir, and still get thin grey liquid where the cafe gives you a soft white cloud.
The gap was never the coffee. It was the foam, and home stirring simply cannot lift milk into microfoam. A 304 stainless steel coil spinning across three speeds whips air through the milk until it climbs and holds, the texture that lets espresso taste like a cappuccino instead of a compromise. Mornings become the part where the cafe comes to your counter, and the head pulls off to rinse in seconds.

Care & maintenance
A 304 steel whisk under warm water, dried upright. The frother asks for almost nothing.
- Rinse after each use: Warm water while the whisk spins clears milk film. Ten seconds under the tap, stand upright to dry.
- Detach the whisk weekly: Pull the head straight off, wash separately. Milk that dries at the joint tastes sour in the next cup.
- Wipe the body: Damp cloth only. Never submerge the motor housing or the USB-C port.
- Battery care: Recharge over USB-C before it runs flat, store at room temperature, and the 304 steel head will not rust no matter how often it gets wet.
Frequently asked
How long to froth milk?
About 20 to 30 seconds depending on volume and milk type. Whole milk foams faster, oat milk needs a little longer. Step up through the three speeds for denser foam and you will see the texture change before you feel it thicken.
Does it heat the milk?
No, it only froths. Warm the milk first on the stove or in the microwave. Around 120°F (50°C) gives the richest foam, but cold milk works for iced drinks too.
What milks froth best?
Whole dairy holds the tightest foam. Oat milk froths nearly as well. Almond is thinner and soy can split if it gets too hot. All of them take on some texture.
How do I charge it?
A USB-C cable is included. Plug it into any USB port or wall adapter and the indicator light tells you when the battery is full. One charge covers plenty of mornings before it needs topping up.
Is it just for coffee?
No. The same wand whips matcha, hot chocolate, protein shakes and salad dressings, and beats a couple of eggs in seconds. It is a small kitchen tool that earns its drawer space.
