Care & maintenance
Wooden handles need dry care, the steel body washes simply.
- After each use: Rinse the body with clean water, dry the steel and the wood handle.
- Wood care: Wipe the handle dry, never soak. Occasional food-safe oil keeps the wood in shape.
- Avoid: Dishwasher (the wood would warp), soap on the wooden grip.
