Pro Burr Grinder
Electric burr grinder · Touch screen · 25 grind settings · Built-in timer
Most grinders stop at a dial and a button. This one adds a touchscreen, a second-by-second timer, a powder bin that clicks under the spout. Fewer grounds on the counter. More in the cup.
The Pro Burr Grinder is an 80W electric burr grinder with a touch-screen interface, 25 grind settings, and timed grinding from 5 to 40 seconds. The translucent bean hopper holds up to 8.8 oz, the powder bin catches up to 5.6 oz, and the adjustment dial spans espresso-fine to French press coarse.
Precision by the second.

Care & maintenance
Burr grinders collect oil and fines. A weekly brush keeps the grind consistent.
- Weekly brush-out: Remove the bean hopper and upper burr. Use the included brush to sweep out coffee fines and oils from the burr chamber. This keeps the grind uniform and prevents stale-coffee taste.
- Monthly deep clean: Disassemble the hopper, burrs, and powder bin. Wash removable plastic parts with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before reassembling. Never submerge the motor base.
- Wipe the touch screen: Use a soft, barely damp cloth. No sprays, no abrasive cleaners, the capacitive sensor is delicate.
- Empty the hopper between roasts: Different beans, different oils. A clean hopper prevents flavor cross-contamination.
Frequently asked
How do I use the timer?
Touch the screen to set grinding time from 5 to 40 seconds in 1-second steps. Press the start button. The grinder runs for the exact duration, then stops.
What is the vertical Italian stand for?
It holds an espresso portafilter directly under the grinder spout. Grind straight into the basket, no scoop, no spills, less static mess. It fits standard 2 in and 2.5 in portafilters.
How fine can it grind for espresso?
The finest setting (1) produces espresso-fine grounds suitable for pressurized portafilters and some semi-automatic machines.
Does it produce a lot of static?
Some, especially in dry winter air. The anti-fly powder design and concentrated spout reduce scatter, but a spritz of water on the beans before grinding (the Ross Droplet Technique) eliminates most static cling.
Can I grind directly into my portafilter?
Yes, using the included vertical Italian stand. Attach the stand to the base, place your portafilter in the holder, and grind. This is cleaner and faster than scooping from the powder bin.
