Pro Burr Grinder
Precision by the second.
- Same dose every time: Set the grind time in seconds on the touch screen and the grinder stops on its own.
- Espresso to French press: A fixed-point dial gives 25 settings, from espresso-fine at 1 to French press coarse at 25.
- Grind into your portafilter: The included vertical stand holds a 51 mm or 53 mm portafilter under the spout, with no scooping.
- Room for 8.8 oz: The translucent hopper holds about 8.8 oz of whole beans, and the catch bin lifts out under the spout.
Most grinders stop at a dial and a button. This one adds a touch screen, a timed grind by the second, and a powder bin that clicks under the spout. Fewer grounds on the counter. More in the cup.
The Pro Burr Grinder is an electric conical burr grinder with a touch-screen interface, 25 grind settings, and timed grinding set on screen. The translucent bean hopper holds about 250 g of whole beans, the catch bin lifts out under the spout, and the fixed-point dial spans espresso-fine (setting 1) to French press coarse (setting 25).

Care & maintenance
Burr grinders collect oil and fines. A weekly brush keeps the grind consistent.
- Weekly brush-out: Remove the bean hopper and upper burr. Use the included brush (stored on the back of the bean bin cover) to sweep coffee fines and oils from the burr chamber. This keeps the grind uniform and prevents a stale-coffee taste.
- Monthly deep clean: Disassemble the hopper, burrs, and catch bin. Wash the removable plastic parts with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before reassembling. Never submerge the motor base.
- Wipe the touch screen: Use a soft, barely damp cloth. No sprays, no abrasive cleaners. The touch sensor is delicate.
- Empty the hopper between roasts: Different beans, different oils. A clean hopper prevents flavor cross-contamination.
Frequently asked
How does the touch-screen timer work?
Set your grind time in seconds on the touch screen, then start. The grinder runs for the time you set and stops on its own, so every dose is repeatable.
What is the vertical Italian stand for?
It holds an espresso portafilter directly under the grinder spout so you grind straight into the basket. No scoop, no spills, less static mess. It fits standard 51 mm and 53 mm portafilters.
How fine can it grind for espresso?
The finest setting (1) produces espresso-fine grounds suited to pressurized portafilters and many semi-automatic machines. Dial up toward 25 for pour-over and French press.
Does it produce a lot of static?
Some, especially in dry winter air. The anti-flying powder design and concentrated spout reduce scatter, and a quick spritz of water on the beans before grinding (the Ross Droplet Technique) clears most static cling.
Can I grind directly into my portafilter?
Yes, using the included vertical Italian stand. Attach the stand to the base, set your portafilter in the holder, and grind. It is cleaner and faster than scooping from the catch bin.
