Wrong pour ruins the cup.

You tip the kettle, the water surges, and the bloom you waited for collapses in a single careless gush.

Pour-over lives or dies on the stream, and a wide spout gives you no say in it. The gooseneck narrows the flow to a line you can place exactly where you want it, slow, steady, paced to the grounds. A variable dial brings the water to your number and a constant-temperature hold keeps it there, so the last pour matches the first. Your mornings become deliberate. You stop fighting the kettle and start reading the coffee.

A stream you can steer.

Care & maintenance

Stainless steel forgives almost everything. Descale every few months, wipe the outside, keep the base dry.

  • Descale monthly: Fill halfway with equal parts water and white vinegar, boil, let cool 15 minutes, rinse thoroughly. Mineral buildup slows heating and clouds the interior.
  • Wipe the exterior: Damp cloth, no abrasive scrubbers. Fingerprints show more on matte finishes, but a quick wipe resets it.
  • Dry the base: Never submerge the power base or let water pool around the connector. A wet base shorts the heating element.
  • Wide opening: The 3.5-inch opening fits a hand and a sponge, easier cleaning than narrow-neck kettles.

Frequently asked

How does the temperature control work?

Turn the dial to set your target, then watch the digital readout climb to it. Heat all the way to a 212°F boil with one touch, or hold a lower temperature for tea and pour-over. The base keeps the water where you set it.

Does it hold temperature?

Yes. Set a temperature below boiling and the kettle heats to that point and maintains it with constant-temperature control, so your water is ready when you are, not too hot, not cooling off.

Why a gooseneck spout?

Pour-over coffee needs a slow, controlled stream. A gooseneck spout narrows the flow and steadies the pour, no splashing, no flooding the coffee bed.

How much does it hold?

A full 34 oz (1 L), enough for 3 to 5 cups in a single fill. Plenty for a pour-over for two or a pot of tea, without constant refilling.

Can I use it for tea?

Yes. Set a cooler temperature for green and white teas, or a hotter one for black and oolong, then steep directly in the cup or in a teapot. The gooseneck also pours gently enough for delicate loose leaves.
