Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (not on weekends or public holidays). You receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Your order arrives 6 to 10 days after you place it (calendar days, weekends included), with full tracking. The estimated delivery dates shown on each product page follow the same rule. This applies to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Some remote areas can take a few days longer, and customs can occasionally add a short delay.

Shipping rates

Free tracked shipping on orders over $75 USD / 65 € EUR / £55 GBP / CA$99 / A$99 (or the equivalent amount shown in your local currency at checkout). Below this amount, standard tracked shipping is calculated at checkout, typically $5.95 to $8.95. Priority Shipping (faster handling) is available as an option at checkout on orders above the free shipping threshold.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The first tracking update can take a few days to appear. You can track your order at frenchpressandco.com/apps/track123.

Split shipments

Depending on product availability, items in the same order may be shipped separately. In this case, you receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. French Press and Co. cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Customs and duties

French Press and Co. ships internationally. Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, contact us at contact@frenchpressandco.com and we will resolve it.
