Do I need matcha powder?

How to use the whisk?

Sift 1-2 grams of matcha into the bowl, add 60-80 ml of hot water (around 70-80 °C), whisk in M-shape (not circular) until the surface foams. Drink immediately.

Bamboo whisk care?

Critical: rinse in warm water immediately after use, store on the holder upright. The holder keeps the tines spread, preserving their shape. Never soak the whisk in water.

Four styles, what's the difference?

Color and finish variants of the bowl. Spout matcha green has a pour spout, kiln-change has reactive glaze, green is solid color, black is the contrasting option.
