Care & maintenance
Vacuum mugs need simple care.
- After each use: Empty leaves, rinse with warm water.
- Strainer: Brush out the mesh after each use to prevent tea residue.
- Hand wash recommended: Dishwasher heat cycles can stress the vacuum seal.

How does the strainer work?
A removable mesh sits at the top of the body, just below the lid. Add loose-leaf tea, pour hot water, screw the lid. The leaves stay above the mesh, the brewed tea sits below.
Coffee or tea only?

How long does it stay hot?
6 to 12 hours depending on fill and ambient temperature. A full mug capped immediately holds drinking temperature through a workday.
Two colors, what's the construction?
Same vacuum body, same insulation. The finish is the only difference. Gold reads warm, black reads modern.
Hand wash or dishwasher?
Hand wash recommended. The vacuum seal lasts longer without dishwasher heat cycles.
