At French Press & Co, we want you to shop with confidence. We allow 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.

 

We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience any issue, we will review your request and, if approved, provide a refund to your original method of payment.

1. how to request a refund

To request a refund:

- Contact French Press & Co Customer Service at contact@frenchpressco.com.

- Provide your order number and a short description of the issue.

- Attach photos of the product clearly showing the problem.

- Our team will review your request and confirm if it is eligible for a refund.

2. refund process

- Once your request is approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

3. exchanges

- We do not currently process direct exchanges.

- If you would like a replacement item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
