The Pro Burr Grinder is an electric conical burr grinder with a touch-screen interface, 25 grind settings, and timed grinding set on screen. The translucent bean hopper holds about 8.8 oz (250 g) of whole beans, the catch bin lifts out under the spout, and the fixed-point dial spans espresso-fine (setting 1) to French press coarse (setting 25).

Care & maintenance
Burr grinders collect oil and fines. A weekly brush keeps the grind consistent.
- Weekly brush-out: Remove the bean hopper and upper burr. Use the included brush (stored on the back of the bean bin cover) to sweep coffee fines and oils from the burr chamber. This keeps the grind uniform and prevents a stale-coffee taste.
- Monthly deep clean: Disassemble the hopper, burrs, and catch bin. Wash the removable plastic parts with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before reassembling. Never submerge the motor base.
- Wipe the touch screen: Use a soft, barely damp cloth. No sprays, no abrasive cleaners. The touch sensor is delicate.
- Empty the hopper between roasts: Different beans, different oils. A clean hopper prevents flavor cross-contamination.
